Anaesthesia Background
Dr Timmins obtained his medical degree in New Zealand before immigrating to Australia in 2004.
He entered anaesthetic training at the Cairns Base Hospital in 2005 and was awarded Fellowship in The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2009.
Pain Medicine Background
Dr Timmins completed his training in Pain Medicine at The Professor Tess Cramond Multidisciplinary Pain Centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. He was admitted to the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2010.
